The Windermere Golf and Country Club is a private, members-only golf club. You need to apply for a membership to access the facilities.
The yellowfish road program is a stormwater pollution prevention program that is geared toward educating residents that anything that goes down the storm drain will flow to the local water body untreated.
If you’ve had an opportunity to visit the neighbourhood, you will have noticed that there are indeed bus stops. These stops are not currently serviced since, as a new neighbourhood, there is not yet sufficient demand. Residents and homebuyers are advised to note that bus service in Keswick may not commence for another -/+ 5 years. Contact the City of Edmonton Transportation for the most up-to-date information.

Note that the developer does not provide school bus service to school children in the area.
Newly installed brick will typically ‘shed’ some of its material salt components periodically during the first few years after it the brick is laid. The white powder is called “efflorescence,” and its occurrences will lessen over time. The masonry in Keswick is washed periodically to remove the efflorescence.
